The service was excellent, with staff that went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The location was perfect, close to all essential amenities and attractions in Bangkok, albeit a bit far from the station. The dining options were plentiful, offering a great variety of Asian and American dishes, with room for improvement in dessert choices. Overall, a delightful stay with exceptional service and comfort.
